RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Sheet metal is easily damaged and small dings are considered "normal"

No credit will be issued for parts because of minor flaws and imperfections, nor will we pay to return the part.
Even factory parts have minor flaws and that cannot be controlled using mass production.
Jeff's Muscle Cars always tries to package and ship your parts so that damage will not occur,
but sometimes things happen beyond our control that our packaging will not protect.

Always inspect your merchandise before the freight driver leaves.

Just because the box looks “OK” does not mean the parts are not damaged.

If any parts are damaged, you must write on the delivery receipt “Freight Damaged” before the driver leaves.

If this procedure is not done, there is not much we can do to resolve the problem.

Jeff's Muscle Cars accepts no responsibility for damaged parts.

Do not return damaged parts to Jeff's Muscle Cars before calling for instructions.
